Agency excellence shines through at the REINSW Awards

Highland Property Group has been recognised by the Real Estate Institute of NSW, winning two prestigious awards at the recent Awards for Excellence Gala.
On the 27th September 2018, the Highland Property team were honoured to attend the REINSW Awards at Sydney Town Hall. The evening is always a highlight of the real estate industry calendar, with REINSW President Leanne Pilkington saying the event recognises the best, bravest and brightest work across the industry.
The southern Sydney based real estate agency was proud to share the stage with the industry’s most outstanding achievers across ten agency and 12 individual categories. Highland Property Group was honoured to take out the top spot winning the ‘Real Estate Agency – Large’ award. With the cherry on top coming with Managing Director, David Highland, being recognised as Residential Salesperson of the Year.
Highland Property Group started in 2007 as a 6-person team and has grown to be the largest independent agency in the area, now including over 100 employees across sales, property management, project marketing, commercial property, finance, marketing and operations.
“I love our team, and love what we’ve been able to achieve together. Our winning culture is what I believe helped us to stand and receive the recognition of this prestigious award at the industry level. The business wouldn’t be where it is today without the unwavering commitment and dedication from the whole team” says David who has been in the industry for nearly 20 years.
As a third generation real estate agent, David brings a boundless energy, unwavering commitment and strong faith in his team. Now 11 years into business what was true then remains true today. “When we opened our doors in Cronulla, my vision was to bring a fresh, dynamic and innovative approach to real estate while staying true to our core values of family, community and generosity.” says David.
