We have experienced a significant uplift in enquiries since receiving much anticipated
news that the State Government lifted the restrictions on open for inspections and
onsite auctions. We held our first on-site auction on 9th May 2020 at 7b Milner
Avenue, Kirrawee, which sold under the hammer for $1,506,000.
This is a positive sign that we are moving towards normality, giving buyers more
market confidence, and strong market potential is in sight for vendors that have
been holding off.
