Highland Welcomes Matthew Ettia Back to Double Bay Team

Highland is proud to announce the return of respected agent Matthew Ettia, who has rejoined the Highland Double Bay Malouf team, accompanied by his long-time assistant Barbora Allsop. With over 15 years’ experience across residential, commercial, and corporate real estate, Matthew’s appointment marks a strategic step forward for Highland’s continued growth in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

Matthew previously worked with Highland in 2017 and has since built an impressive career through senior roles at TRG and Biller Property. His return strengthens an already high-performing Double Bay team that has recently been behind some of Sydney’s most notable transactions – including the record-breaking sale of Francesca Packer’s full-floor apartment at 184 Forbes Street, Darlinghurst, and the $45 million sale of 26–27 Olola Avenue, Vaucluse.
