50 Shorebird Parade, a tri-level, six-bedroom luxury home in the prestigious Greenhills Beach enclave was exchanged yesterday for $15 million. The property was sold by John Schwarzer, Group General Manager at Highland Cronulla.

Designed by renowned Noosa-based firm Chris Clout Design, the sale of this exceptional architectural residence has set a new benchmark, marking Schwarzer's second sale over $15 million, and third oceanfront sale along Shorebird Parade, further underscoring the growing demand for this emerging luxury enclave.

"This home attracted more than 300 enquiries from qualified buyers with budgets ranging from $10 million to $30 million actively seeking to secure a property in this highly sought-after coastal community." said Schwarzer, who also achieved the highest recorded sale on the street for 66 Shorebird Parade, which sold for circa $16 million in March 2024.

The vendor, a prominent private certifier with a strong presence in the Eastern Suburbs, has now engaged David and Bill Malouf of Highland Double Bay Malouf, to assist in securing his next property purchase. "This collaboration highlights the strength and connectivity of the Highland network, with all of our offices working seamlessly together to deliver exceptional results for valued clients” says Schwarzer.

This is the third high-profile sale for Highland in recent months within the St George and Sutherland Shire area. In July 14–16 Bowden Crescent in Connells Point was sold for an undisclosed record sum, while a property at 17 Taloombi Street, Cronulla, smashed local price records.
