What made you get into Real Estate?
I was working and studying in the fitness Industry and was after a change, I was looking to work in a fast paced environment that would really test me and based on everything I was told real estate was a great industry to get into that would suit me.

What’s a stand out factor about the business/office that you like?
The team environment is a stand out factor for me, even though the company is filled with multiple divisions and lots of staff everyone is willing to lend a hand and the team gets along with one another incredibly well.

What’s currently changing about the rental market that is worth noting for active landlords or tenants?
The rental market is becoming very attractive for multiple reasons. The Sutherland Shire is very appealing to live in due to the amount of quality property within the area at price points that suit everyone.

Due to the strength of the sales market at the moment we are finding that many people are buying investments elsewhere and looking to rent within the area that suits them, this gives Landlords confidence that vacancy is kept to an absolute minimum due to the high demand for property within the Sutherland Shire.

What’s an ideal weekend for you?
On weekends I look to relax and hang out with friends, an ideal weekend for me would be going away with a close groups of friends.
