Meet One of Our Own, Brad McHugh

Starting with the Highland Property Agents family back in 2012, Brad Mchugh has grown into an extremely dedicated team leader with a whole lot of passion for his role, team culture and our home in which he works within! 

What is your biggest motivation?
My biggest motivation is the satisfaction of building a relationship with my clients where there is 100% trust between us. I love to help people with building and managing their property portfolios, and making them feel at ease with a process that can sometimes have road bumps along the way.

If you could live anywhere else in the world where would it be and why?
Alberta Canada. It’s hard to find a single part that that doesn't belong on a postcard. It’s a fun place full of mountains, adventure sports, and old cultured cities.

Who is someone you look up to?
It’s hard for me to choose just one!  Professionally, I would have to say I look up to the board of HPA as a collective. They all have amazing attributes that I pride myself to strive toward. Personally, I would have to say both of my Nans. They were extremely hard working, generous and did everything they could to provide for their families even when times were tough – they knew how to make the impossible, possible.

What is your favourite thing about working in the Sutherland Shire?
The Sutherland Shire is an area I live and breathe, and a space where I feel I want to be completely involved with 24/7. Even being an avid traveller, there is nothing like coming back home to The Shire. I love the sense of community, the people, the businesses and of course the property.
