What was appealing to build your career in Real Estate?

I’ve always had an interest in property since a young age and I love working with people, so helping them achieve their property dreams is really rewarding. Every day is different and I think it definitely encourages you to think creatively.

Why do you think Highland Property Agents is such a good agency to work for?

You can tell everybody genuinely enjoys what they do and is fully invested in going the extra mile for each other. The energy and culture is on another level and I’ve never experienced anything else like it.

Tell us a snapshot about your role?

I’m a sales assistant to Matt Callaghan so my role is fast paced; looking after the back-end of the process and working with buyers, allowing Matt to connect with key clients and ultimately provide a higher level of service.

Where would you like to travel to?

I could write a list of dream destinations but if I had to pick one, I’d say the Maldives. Even if it’s half as good as the photos look, it’s awesome – on the bucket list for sure!
