April Jones joins the team as our People & Culture Administrator, bringing over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry. She began her career as a Property Manager before becoming a Licensed Real Estate Agent specialising in sales and marketing, spending nearly two decades working closely with people during some of their most significant life moments.

Throughout her career, April has been dedicated to building strong relationships, supporting others through challenges, and creating positive outcomes in fast‑paced environments.

Known for her sharp eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and calm, solutions‑focused approach, she now brings these strengths into the People & Culture space.
