We decided to enlist Highland Property Agents due to their overall professionalism and reputation as "the best Real Estate" in the Shire.

We requested for John Schwarzer to look after the sale of our Penthouse. We expressed to John that we wanted nothing less than $850,000. Having purchased our Penthouse only 17 months earlier as an investment property we were only keen to sell to make a profit.

John's advice was simple, "to make money you have to spend some money to get the rental property up to Penthouse standards." We took his advice and had the property painted, replaced the carpet and had some minor repairs carried out to bring it up to scratch. We also enlisted the wonderful staff at Bowerbird Interiors to furnish it.

The Penthouse was sold at a record price of $880,000.00. We believe this price would not have been achieved without John's professional approach, positive attitude and wisdom along with his passion for real estate. John was always available to offer advice, share his thoughts along with his honesty and because of this we were able to obtain the results we were after. John even went to the trouble to contact us after hours to update us on the process of the sale. We would also like to acknowledge John's assistant Lauren who was extremely delightful to work with. She provided us with regular updates, feedback and at times a giggle and a chat.
