Terms & Conditions for Blue Lunch Ticket Giveaway

1. This giveaway is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years or older.
2. To enter, participants must follow both @thebluelunch and @highlandpropertygroup on Instagram.
3. Participants must like the giveaway post, follow both @thebluelunch and @highlandpropertygroup, and tag at least one friend in the comments. Each tagged friend counts as one entry into the draw.
4. Sharing the post to your Instagram Story and tagging @thebluelunch will earn one additional entry into the draw.
5. The giveaway starts on 10 October 2024 and ends at 11:59pm on 17 October 2024.
6. One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries and will be announced on 18 October 2024 via @thebluelunch’s Instagram account.
7. The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message and must respond within 24 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond, a new winner will be selected.
8. The prize consists of 2 tickets to the Blue Lunch Charity Event held on 24 October 2024. Additional costs related to attending the event (eg transportation) are the responsibility of the winner.
9. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. By participating, entrants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of this giveaway.
11. Highland reserves the right to disqualify entries if fraudulent activity or violation of these terms is suspected.
