Villia is a monument to place and space. A collection of just four 'ultra residences' displaying a kind of quality, scale and amenity rarely seen, even in Sydney's exclusive Eastern Suburbs.

Each residence offers a quintessential Sydney experience with breathtaking views over Sydney Harbour, Rose Bay, The Royal Sydney Golf Club, and Diamond Bay, as well as the iconic Macquarie Lighthouse and the Pacific Ocean beyond.

This project was inspired by a desire to transport residents to another world, blending classic architecture with contemporary design. Utilizing 'the golden ratio,' we crafted the building's proportions, elegant curves, and thoughtfully arranged features within the spacious interiors.

Subtle references to timeless European architecture are reimagined in a modern context, evident in the grand cobblestoned forecourt, tumbled limestones, and Villia's striking white forms that beautifully contrast with the vibrant landscape.

We want to take people on a journey, guiding them through a place that captures romantic memories of European travels in their mind's eye. These are certainly residences of immense character and privilege. They are profoundly unique and truly incredible in scale, with residences spanning over 400 square metres internally.

Viewed from the outside, Villia's bold modern design is tailored to the surrounding landscapes, weather and local climate. From the street, it reads as one majestic home set behind beautiful wrought-iron gates.
